Developed new strategy for a value-oriented hedge fund with $150 million in assets under management.

• A recommendation to leave prime broker Lehman Brothers in order to secure better than Regulation T leverage. (Lehman held customer assets in UK, where there is no customer protection rule, which in turn impacted the client’s rating.)
• Identified and assisted client in establishing a new prime brokerage relationship.
Advised the wholly-owned US institutional brokerage subsidiary of one of the world’s largest banks, which is publicly traded in China, on expanding its North American presence.
